Q: Why aren’t I receiving my eclasses by email?

A: You need to respond to the first email titled: “Response Required…” and click on the link to receive your eclasses.  If you’ve done this, and still haven’t received your eclass by email, add to your safe senders.


Q: I didn’t receive my welcome email / reset password email, what should I do?

A: Check your spam folder and mark emails from as ‘not spam’ or ‘whitelist’ depending on your email provider.
